  • Overview

    Ensure Technical Engineering projects are managed in a professional and customer focused manner from Concept Development to Implementation.

    Responsibilities

    • Develops best practices in terms of project management and enforces the use of these standards -
    • Develops and deploys scope, schedule, and budget tools to ensure a better control of the project margins -
    • Works with both fellow Project Managers and other departments to continuously improve both internal and external processes for the development and deployment of engineered solutions -
    • Works with Product Management to identify new opportunities, clients, requirements, and solutions -
    • Supports Product Management and Operations during tender process with advice on project execution and contract management -
    • Coordinates and prioritizes resources to manage at both a project and program level -
    • Provides Project and Program Management in a fashion to enable effective reporting and analysis of said Projects/Programs -
    • Works cross functionally to ensure that projects are staffed and supplied correctly to meet customer required schedules and budgets
    • Creates and executes project plans, revises them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements -
    • Organizes and reviews deliverables prior to submission to client -
    • Enforces project standards and applies internal controls -
    • Monitors invoicing and receivables -
    • Ensures project legal aspects are addressed and processed where necessary -
    • Assures project execution in the best economically and financially way -
    • Develops a positive team dynamic to ensure high performance, effectively resolve conflict, and enable open dialog
    • Manages the project team dynamics to ensure a harmonious and productive working atmosphere

    Qualifications

    • Engineering degree, combined with minimum 5 years’ of experience in project management and/or operations, including in Pipeline Integrity -
    • Strong project management skills, global thinker, able to work in a multicultural environment -
    • Strong organization skills and rigor, capability to work in a team on fast moving projects -
    • Fluent in English, any other European language is an asset -
    • Good commercial and interpersonal skills -
    • Proficient with Microsoft Products -
    • Oil & Gas, Pipeline Experience Preferred
