Disassemble and clean in-line inspection (ILI) tools, and components, in preparation for maintenance.

Disassembles and cleans ILI tools in preparation for component maintenance, applying appropriate cleaning procedures based on the specific tool type,
Performs maintenance for and rebuilds mechanical assemblies under the guidance of a qualified Technician,
Maintains a clean, orderly work area, ensuring TDW safety standards are met,
Assists others by preparing, loading, and unloading ILI tools and support equipment for shipping and receiving, as directed by the Equipment Coordinator and/or Service Center Supervisor;
Ensures Service Center shop floor is maintained and entire shop area is neat and orderly, in compliance with TDW standards,
Sets up and installs furniture and partitions as needed,
Performs HSE housekeeping procedures as required,
Performs a daily Service Center walkthrough in order to ensure that all housekeeping and HSE Service Center policies and procedures are being appropriately applied;
Enhances and implements approved safety procedures to ensure the personal safety of all parties,
Effectively responds to internal customer requests and solves various shop-related problems, as they arise,
Develops the required experience, skill, and behavior competencies to become a TDW Shop Technician.
Follows the guidelines given by experienced ILI Technicians and Equipment Coordinators. Customer Orientation
Provides tool components to System Technicians and Field Technicians,
Ensures ILI Tool Components are properly cleaned, maintained, and built to enable successful completion of ILI projects, and meets and/or exceeds the expectations of Systems Technicians, Field Technicians, and Equipment Coordinators.
High school diploma
Mechanical or electronics training preferred
Two years of experience disassembling and maintaining mechanical components in a related field preferred
Ability to disassemble and build mechanical components utilizing instruction and mechanical drawings
Ability to convert between decimals and fractions
Familiarity with the safe application of small power and hand tools such as drills, hand and table saws, grinders, etc.
Ability to understand and execute the proper use of lifting equipment, such as cranes and forklifts to move tools within shop area
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, in English
