  • Overview

    Ensure that every element of assigned moderate- to high-complexity pipeline services projects are managed in a highly professional and customer-focused way in compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations, and TDW standards from first client inquiry through successful job completion including scope, estimate, quote, field execution, invoice, and project close-out.


    • Completes job walks and scopes the pipeline services work,
    • Estimates costs to complete pipeline services jobs and collaborates with Sales Representative, Regional General Manager, and local management team to ensure proper pricing,
    • Publishes quotes to customers for review and approval,
    • Monitors and participates in defining overall project background, objectives, scope of work, and deliverables,
    • Negotiates pricing and coordinates service delivery with sub-contractors and vendors,
    • Identifies and coordinates resources and assigns individual responsibilities within the project team, including vendors, sub-contractors, and Field Services,
    • Manages customer and management expectations relative to the job scope, scope changes, work execution, and billing,
    • Completes and sends invoice to customer for work completed,
    • Closes out job with customer upon completion of all work performed and invoiced,
    • Carries out “corrective actions” and “customer satisfaction” studies upon project completion,
    • Minimizes company exposure to risk,
    • Utilizes understanding of project management best practices,
    • Analyzes and appraises effectiveness of operations to ensure that established objectives are met and corporate policies observed,
    • Drives cooperation between the Inline Inspection Services, Pipeline Services, and Western Hemisphere regional teams in order to allow for development and execution of all turnkey projects,
    • Identifies new opportunities and client requirements,
    • Recommends new potential strategic investments to management,
    • Identifies upsell opportunities as project mature.


    • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required, or an additional 5 years of project management experience,
    • At least 1 year of Project Management experience,
    • Academic and/or practical working knowledge of basic project management principles, including scope definition, budget management, project reporting, and invoicing,
    • Ability to appropriate commercial and technical creativity to meet expectations of the demanding business,
    • Basic knowledge of pipeline cleaning and/or inline inspection services,
    • Strong sales and interpersonal skills,
    • Strong organization skills and rigor,
    • Ability to work with teams, quickly and efficiently,
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills,
    • Intermediate MS Office skills, including MS Project or similar project management platform,
    • Ability to travel (internationally and domestically), approximately 20% of the tim.
