  • Overview

    Support the LAM Regions and Operations Teams in increasing their market share in a sustainable way and accountable for the implementation of strategic initiatives. .


    Account Management (30%) 

    • Develops and deploys TDW Account Management program, 
    • Implements account management strategies in the Hemisphere, 
    • Leads, manages and supports Global Account Managers & Directors 
    • Establishes a categorization (what TDW wants) and segmentation (what customers want) strategy for Hemisphere, 
    • Negotiates and manages Global/Regional Frame Agreements;


    Business Development (30%) 

    • Supports the development and implementation of Go-to market strategies together with the regions and operations, Installs a rigid bid/no bid strategy to guarantee successful completion of each task in order to become the most trusted solution provider, 
    • Leads a group of BDM’s and supports them in the roll-out/commercialization of global initiatives based on our growth platforms;


    CRM and Price Management (30%) 

    • Oversees pricing within the Hemisphere for the different SBU’s and work in close relationship with the different Commercial Operations managers, 
    • Leads and manages the Sales Operations and Pricing Manager who is accountable for the right pricing in the different markets, 
    • Is accountable for the implementation of the Sales Tool CRM and sales forecast methodology in the Hemisphere, 
    • Works closely with regional sales management to optimize the effectiveness of CRM;


    Business Support (10%) 

    • Acts as an interface with the Marketing group as they analyze TDW market share & competitive pricing movements, 
    • Actively liaises with the leaders of the strategic differentiators (Customer Experience, Solutions Development and Industry recognized expertise)


    • Master degree accompanied with an MBA or similar through experience, with minimum 10 to 15 years of experience, Strong leadership and commercial capabilities, 
    • Experience in Strategic Account Management is a must 
    • Strong communication and influencing skills, 
    • In-depth industry knowledge & credibility, 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and in the major regional languages
