  • Overview

    Responsible for cultivating a solutions provider mindset by supporting employee experience programs, initiatives, and other efforts focused on increasing employee engagement.


    Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

    • Coordinates the TDW Global Travel and Mobility Program. 
    • Partners with the Total Rewards team to support company-wide projects and develop and execute communication and branding plans. 
    • Coordinates programs to ensure candidate and employee branding is aligned. 
    • Supports cultural transformation initiatives through communication tools and ensuring content is accurate, relevant and consistent with the company’s objectives.
    • Acts as the subject matter expert (SME) on employee engagement surveys, which includes managing surveys, communicating results, translating results into actionable strategies, and establishing metrics that support continuous improvement


    • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field; 2+ years of HR, Communication or other related experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
    • Experience in communication, travel, immigration or international tax field preferred.
