Responsible for cultivating a solutions provider mindset by supporting employee experience programs, initiatives, and other efforts focused on increasing employee engagement.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Coordinates the TDW Global Travel and Mobility Program.
Partners with the Total Rewards team to support company-wide projects and develop and execute communication and branding plans.
Coordinates programs to ensure candidate and employee branding is aligned.
Supports cultural transformation initiatives through communication tools and ensuring content is accurate, relevant and consistent with the company’s objectives.
Acts as the subject matter expert (SME) on employee engagement surveys, which includes managing surveys, communicating results, translating results into actionable strategies, and establishing metrics that support continuous improvement
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field; 2+ years of HR, Communication or other related experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Experience in communication, travel, immigration or international tax field preferred.
