Perform Infrastructure architecture responsibilities for End-User Computing, Server, Unified Communications (UC), Office 365, Azure, and other core infrastructure application standards like VMware, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), SCCM, etc.
Responsible for defining and maintaining technical plan and road map for respective areas to ensure capabilities are in line with business objectives.
Oversee design, development and implementation of technical architecture for respective functional/technical areas.
Advises and participates in the design and implementation of technical standards, tools and methodologies.
Expert level support/consultation for the analysis, administration, security, operational integrity, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution and customer care of application solutions in a global organization.
Define and maintain processes and tools to ensure system reliability and overall performance objectives are met.
Provides guidance and direction to third party service providers ensuring delivered solutions are in line with strategic direction.
Serve as point of contact for managing vendor activities and issue resolution for third party service providers.
Keeps abreast of new developments in the Information Technology field and strives to continually improve the technology delivered to support the business.
Responsible for technical strategy, project charter, business case evaluation, alternative technology solution assessments, and implementation for functional areas assigned.
Participates on project teams providing direction and recommendations on solutions, priorities and technical capabilities.
Evaluate proposals and requests to ensure recommended solutions meet strategic direction.
Participates as active member of committees as assigned by company management.
Responsible for preparation and oversight of budgets and capital expenditures for major initiatives, upgrades, and replacements and related support contract costs.
Monitor and oversee vendor related performance and budgetary activities for associated work.
Prepare appropriate status reports and submit to management.
8-10 years IT infrastructure experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Demonstrated experience can be exchanged for the degree.

Experience and business knowledge of supporting business system implementations, change and configuration management of multiple computing environments
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of personnel individually and within teams
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent project organization change and financial management skills
Experience with ITIL framework or other IT Service Management Frameworks
