  • Overview

    Under the direction of the Global Field Operations Support Manager, implement processes, procedures, training and certification programs for the benefit of Global Integrity Operations. Audit Service Center locations to ensure compliance with approved practices and procedures.


    Training Development and Implementation 80%

    • Coordinates with Field Supervisors and Operations Managers to ensure a qualified staff through developing and implementing training curriculum and certification programs for technicians, Service Center support personnel, and affected engineering and production technicians
    • Ensures all processes and procedures within the Global Integrity Operations group are documented and in compliance including ILI, NDE, and PS
    • Conducts periodic audits of Service Center Operations to ensure compliance with approved company practices and procedures
    • Reviews and provides performance feedback for product support and software development
    • Assists in the global implementation of new products and software and changes to existing products and software
    • Provides Operator Qualification training for specific tasks as required and assist in the tracking and renewal of Operator Qualifications

    Technical Support 20%

    • Troubleshoots hardware and software of malfunctioning tools for regional Service Centers
    • Assists regional Service Centers with operational technical support
    • Updates clients and TDW project management with project /contract feasibility and technical reviews under the direction of the Global Operations Support Manager


    • Associate’s degree in electronics or related technical field preferred
    • 2 years of experience in the Pipeline Integrity Industry
    • Intermediate level coaching and personnel development skill
    • Qualified and/or Certified in Pipeline Integrity technology and/or task i.e. Pipeline Technician Qualified, ILI Tool Operator Certified, NDT Technician Certified, Systems Technician Level I Certified
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationship with both internal and external customers
    • Advanced MS Office skill
    • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, 10%-25% of time
