  • Overview

    Leads and ensure that all assigned HT&P Equipment and Consumable projects are managed in a highly professional and customer-focused way in compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations and TDW standards.


    • Fully accountable for the execution of projects according to finalized contracts,
    • Facilitates day-to-day operational aspects and scope of the project in close coordination with the other teams within the business unit and the customer,
    • Identifies resources and assigns individual responsibilities within the project team,
    • Effectively oversees, the proper communication is given to customer regarding their expectations relative to the job scope, scope changes, work execution, and serves as escalation path during critical or failed jobs, when needed,
    • As needed, will perform client-facing project management work including the following: estimation of costs and presentation of quotes, coordination of resources and assignment of individuals, etc.
    • Manages all areas of project budget and financials, including:, adopts cost control tools and facilitates use by project team to ensure continuous improvement of project margins, assures project execution optimizing project economics,
    • Minimizes company exposure to risk on project;
    • Develops and oversees execution of business management metrics within the project team and tools to drive project execution toward business unit financial objectives,
    • Collaborates with Manager to establish and redefine project management processes for regionally use and global consistency,
    • Oversees the project team’s execution of project management procedures, processes, and workflows,
    • Understands, regularly utilizes and teaches project management best practices,
    • Analyzes and appraises effectiveness of operations to ensure that established objectives are met and corporate policies observed,
    • Drives cooperation between regional teams to encourage proper and effective development and execution of projects;
    • Selects, manages, evaluates, motivates and develops employees to ensure a qualified workforce necessary to meet Company objectives while complying with EEO and Affirmative Action guidelines or foreign employment guidelines as applicable,
    • Identifies new opportunities, new clients requirements and recommends new potential strategic investments to management through development of pro-forma financials and business cases,
    • Educates Managers on the various add-on sales opportunities and ensures Managers are identifying these opportunities directly with the customer to continuously expand and build initial job scope/potential revenue,
    • Communicates with customers and Operations Management team to understand market demand and provides feedback to Commercial and regional sales teams to funnel into new strategic investments.


    • Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or other technical field required, MBA preferred,
    • Minimum of five years managing complex and customer-facing projects with working knowledge of basic project management principles,
    • Knowledge of pipeline operations, pipeline cleaning and/or inline inspection service work preferred,
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,
    • Strong organization skills and rigor,
    • Excellent time management skills,
    • Ability to work efficiently/effectively with a sense of urgency,
    • Ability to lead individual contributors working in project teams on fast moving projects of varying complexity,
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with Spanish language skills a plus, Advanced MS Office skill, with working knowledge in MS Project or similar project management package,
    • Ability to travel up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
