  • Overview

    Develops and executes recruiting strategies for all position levels from Executive to non-exempt across multiple divisions and countries. Provides expertise in sourcing and recruiting best-in-class candidates, ensures best practices are utilized and advises all parties throughout the recruitment process including the hiring manager, candidate and HR. Makes recommendations for and drives workflow improvements. Provides daily guidance to junior recruiter and recruiting assistant to ensure an efficient, professional process and all recruiting needs are met.


    • Responsible for regional (US, CA and LAM) talent acquisition process including talent identification and sourcing, selection, hiring and on-boarding across multiple business lines and corporate services.
    • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to define requirements for talent acquisition and effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions.
    • Perform searches for and qualify candidates using database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, social media and employee referrals.
    • Set expectations with hiring managers and provide a consultative approach to recruiting including identification of interview evaluation criteria; establishment of a consistent assessment process; conducting efficient and professional interviews; interfacing between hiring managers and candidates to negotiate and exchange information throughout the hiring process.
    • Manage all aspects of the recruiting process and candidate experience in a way which upholds TDW’s reputation and aligns with TDW’s expected behaviors. Ensure policies, procedures map to company values and support TDW. Continuously improve the quality of recruiting processes to ensure they are simple, effective, repeatable, scalable, with integrated systems.
    • Provide daily guidance to junior recruiter and recruiting assistant to ensure all recruiting needs are met, timely


    • Bachelor’s degree

    • Spanish, basic level, helpful but not required

    • At least 8 years of experience required in high recruiting volume with technical environment.

    • Experience recruiting candidates for all levels of positions to include Executive, Professional and non-exempt

    • Experience in both corporate recruiting and headhunting desired in an international setting.
