Develops and executes recruiting strategies for all position levels from Executive to non-exempt across multiple divisions and countries. Provides expertise in sourcing and recruiting best-in-class candidates, ensures best practices are utilized and advises all parties throughout the recruitment process including the hiring manager, candidate and HR. Makes recommendations for and drives workflow improvements. Provides daily guidance to junior recruiter and recruiting assistant to ensure an efficient, professional process and all recruiting needs are met.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Spanish, basic level, helpful but not required
• At least 8 years of experience required in high recruiting volume with technical environment.
• Experience recruiting candidates for all levels of positions to include Executive, Professional and non-exempt
• Experience in both corporate recruiting and headhunting desired in an international setting.
