  • Overview

    Organizes and directs HT&P field operations in Singapore/ Australia according to the internal standards and the customer requirements; from first client enquiry until the successful job completion.

    Responsibilities

    Organization and supervision of HT&P field operations (60%)

     

    • Oversees all HT&P services operations to operate per schedules, quality and budget while meeting with customer requirements,
    • Identifies resources, prepare equipment list, assigns individual responsibilities and schedules field service work & technicians, tracks and reports job progress,
    • Oversees shipping of parts and equipment to job sites and other service locations,
    • Compiles job safety analysis/ risk assessment prior to start work on site,
    • Work with mobility specialist and travel agents regarding field technician travels,
    • Ensures timely return of customer service feedback forms and implements continuous improvement projects within the team,
    • Ensures that the technician has the required certifications/skills to execute the assigned operations and provides technical support to technicians when required,
    • Supervises the execution of assigned HT&P interventions according to the contracts,
    • Provides technical information to customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and clear understanding of the operation,
    • Ensures that incidents are reported, participates in investigations, and initiates corrective/ preventive actions as necessary,
    • Responsible to maintain and manage all required operations system such as FSA and AX,
    • Directly coordinates special projects (if any).

    Service center Coordination (20%)

     

    • Ensures effectiveness of the operations to meet established objectives, observe corporate policies and prompt corrective action taken if necessary,
    • Ensures all workshop activities are properly performed according to the intervention planning and takes final decision relative to workshop activities if required,
    • For services quoted and delivered locally, makes sure that engineering, technical and quality assurance programs for services comply with TDW and customer’s quality standards,
    • Monitors the use of various outside companies to source/rent equipment to ensure the execution of the interventions according to the established planning,
    • Remains current on new developments, policies and procedures relating to equipment and operational/maintenance techniques and implements changes as necessary,
    • Maintains clean, orderly and safe work area,
    • Oversees equipment inventory to ensure all equipment in service center are available for operation,
    • Ensures equipment are up to date, maintained and prepared properly to operate reliability to maintain high operational success,
    • Prepares and manages an operating budget and adheres to approved budget guidelines,
    • Oversees the inventory of expendable materials, spare parts, and equipment, ensuring that all service equipment and consumable are ready for operation while minimizing inventory value.

    Team Management (20%)

     

    • Supervises/administrates all mechanics/field technicians
    • Ensures HSE rules and procedures are followed and the facilities comply with company, local, and governmental safety regulations,
    • Ensures compliance with established quality control/assurance procedures, while staff is performing work, and addresses issues with internal and external personnel,
    • Ensures that Technicians and Mechanics submit complete timely and accurate documentation, measuring card, maintenance records, time sheets, field reports and expense reports
    • Actively supports the Corporate HSE initiative by holding regular HSE meetings, maintaining a safe work environment, and promoting the use of PPE and safe work habits for employees, in compliance with the Corporate HSE plan
    • Develops a positive team dynamic to ensure high performance by providing feedback to, and implements, safety and quality continuous improvement initiatives;
    • Manages, evaluates, motivates, and develops employees to ensure a qualified workforce necessary to meet Company objectives
    • Ensures that employees are trained to perform job duties and necessary certifications are kept up to date;
    • Conducts performance reviews in accordance with the Performance Management Program, providing fair and accurate assessments of employee performance, training needs, areas for improvement, and possibility of future growth within the organization

    Qualifications

    • Technical degree or equivalent, combined with min 5 years of pipeline operations or related experience,
    • Familiarity with hydraulics, piping materials and operating fluid systems; ability to read engineering drawings,
    • Fluent in English,
    • Good commercial and interpersonal skills,
    • Strong organizational skills.
