  • Overview

    Reviews NDE field reports for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to process/procedures and submits final report to client. Identifies areas for quality improvement and alignment to client needs.


    NDE Data Analysis (60%)

    • Reviews all NDE draft reports before final submittal.
    • Submits all final NDE Reports to client in the required time.
    • Communicates with all field NDE technicians and client representatives.
    • Logs, files, and submits all NDE Final Reports.
    • Communicates with client to ensure the Reports have been received and accepted.

    Knowledge sharing and process improvement (25%)

    • Track internal quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Reviews reports to ensure adherence to current processes and procedures.
    • Coordinates with the team to drive continuous improvement.
    • Updates reporting database; daily.

    Assessment of Client Needs (15%)

    • Assists in developing new software report formats when requested by the client.
    • Gather customer needs and requirements and communicates to team.


    • High school diploma.
    • NDE experience preferred.
    • Understand and interpret VBA Code preferred.
    • Ability to follow approved procedures and to interpret, evaluate and document NDE field data accurately and consistently.
    • Good basic mathematics skills.
    • Communication skills, verbal and written in English and/or other local language if required.
    • Strong Organizational and Analytical skills.
    • Must be proficient in the use of computers with an extreme working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
    • ~5% travel required.
