  • Overview

    Clean, inspect repair and test customers’ equipment and TDW Services equipment for damage or wear before delivery to job site. Assists in preparation of orders and equipment.


    HT&P equipment maintenance (60%)


    • Cleans, inspects, repairs and tests service equipment and customers’ equipment in compliance with established quality assurance procedures to detect damage or wear, ensuring that worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced according to specifications,
    • Maintains maintenance records of service center’s HT&P equipment, ensuring records are current and complete
    • Orders necessary spare parts and maintains stock
    • Controls customer equipment maintenance (where applicable)

    Workshop organization (20%)


    • Assists Supervisor, Field Operations in the planning of orders preparation is respected,
    • Maintains and operate the workshop according to 5S,
    • Performs upgrades of operational equipment,
    • Solves technical issues related to the preparation of orders
    • Ensures the equipment is available on time and finds any other option if necessary and that the information is transmitted internally
    • Ensures the coordination with subcontractors for the manufacturing and amendment of specific equipment
    • Performs work in conformity with the control/insurance quality

    Equipment storage & shipping (10%)


    • Stores tapping, plugging and related equipment, testing equipment and tools, ensuring availability of equipment when required
    • When required, performs all shipping and receiving functions, including job setup, proper packaging of HT&P equipment according to transportation mode, loading equipment for shipment and scheduling ship dates, prepares all shipping documentation and tool repair documentation

    Housekeeping/HSE (10%)


    • Ensures building and grounds are maintained in a manner to meet TDW standards (where applicable)
    • Maintains a clean and orderly work area, ensuring TDW safety standards are met
    • Performs other duties as required by senior management.


    • High school degree in mechanics or equivalent, combined with 3-5 years of experience in a similar job
    • Few years experience with repair and maintenance of TDW Services equipment is an asset
    • Working knowledge of hydraulic equipment, such as pumps, motors, control valves, etc.
    • Able to read engineering drawings
    • Team spirit, ability to work autonomously and sense of urgency,
    • Good communication & organization skills
    • Basic knowledge in Windows (Word, Excel, Access)
    • Experience in heavy lifting, rigging and able to operate overhead crane.
    • Fluent in Mandarin, any other language is an asset.
