  • Overview

    Transform material through manufacturing processes to complete a quality product that meets the needs of our customers.


    • Creates setups and performs a variety of manufacturing operations, working from blueprints, sketches, specifications and oral instructions, 
    • Performs grinding, stamping, painting and assembly operations in various cells, 
    • Maintains on time delivery schedules as provided by supervision or management, 
    • Follows Lead’s direction to maintain productivity levels and deliver product to meet customer demand, 
    • Ensures final product quality by complying with Engineering and Quality specifications, 
    • Performs duties with minimum amount of rework associated with daily tasks, 
    • Responsible for seeking opportunities to cross train within cells - communication with Lead to determine development schedule for growth, 
    • Responsible for following all PQP requirements within cell, including filling out required paperwork to maintain quality documentation; 
    • Maintains clean and safe work environment; implements 5S and Work Place Organization, 
    • Ensures compliance with safety training and maintaining qualifications through Pure Safety, 
    • Reports any unsafe acts and/or conditions immediately to direct supervisor or manager.


    • High School Diploma or GED, 
    • 2-5 years of experience, preferred, 
    • Ability to read blueprints and have knowledge on paint and assembly operations, 
    • Ability to periodically lift, to be performed in compliance with TDW’s safety program regulations, 
    • Ability to drive a tow motor to provide support to the cells, 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
