Ensure urethane product is made in accordance with TDW Specifications.


Produces urethane parts in accordance with TDW specifications by ensuring that all equipment settings are correct per Formulation Specification Sheet, Determines, and adjusts as necessary, the correct operating temperature of materials and component parts of the processing machine to ensure parts are produced with minimal scrap or rework, Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment, Expedites production in order to meet demands for on time deliveries, Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment, Documents in-process scrapped parts and process variables in order to comply with Quality Control procedures, Provides detailed instructions of working procedures to Machine Operators ‘A’ and ‘B’ and Trainees; Conducts shop safety / housekeeping inspections; Cross-trains in order to learn self-maintenance, troubleshooting, and upstream and downstream processes, Maintains record of total parts produced each day, Provides assistance in other work areas, as needed.


High School Diploma required, 3-5 years of machine operation experience, Ability to use all precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, to perform in-process inspection of own work, Ability to periodically lift medium objects required, in compliance with TDW safety regulations, Effective verbal and written communication skills.
