  • Overview

    Ensure the quality, safety, operability, reliability and functionality of all HT&P equipment in the key customer’s equipment fleet. Support E.H. Service Centers on their maintenance and workshop organization and efficiency.


    Equipment and Process Maintenance and Improvement (70%)


    • Manage the maintenance program of all the customer’s asset by using the maintenance software.
    • Evaluates need to revise maintenance intervals and looks for trends of repairs
    • Ensure spare parts availability to conduct maintenance program in customer’s premises.
    • Implements Management of Change for all asset modifications, workshop 5S design and audits, and document control
    • Generate quality documents as appropriate in order to comply with customer’s requirements.
    • Manage (re)certification of customer’s equipment as per maintenance requirements.
    • Identify and work with local (Customer country) supplier’s if required. - Act as expert of the maintenance software to train and support user within the EH region
    • Lead fitness-for-purpose on all critical assets to establish operational limits and ensure functionality - Coordinates with engineering group to suggest and implement design modification suggestions to improve quality
    • Informs the Quality team of RCA findings and collaborates cross-functionality to issue alerts and deliver findings with all relevant personnel
    • Works with EH Service Centers to improve workshop organization, equipment fitness for purpose and equipment set-up or damage issue resolution


    Compliance (30%)


    • Ensures compliance with established quality assurance procedures and HSE policies while performing all HT&P processes
    • Ensures compliance with Corporate, HR, Legal, Risk, and IT policies, procedures, and programs Others Relationships with others & Communication




    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
    • PE preferred,   
    • 3 years of equipment reliability experience preferred,
    • Experience with asset management software, fitness-for-service evaluations, management of change, and forecasting and utilization methods,
    • Experience with 5S and 3P,
    • Experience with Lean, with Green Belt or equivalent certification,
    • Experience with Root Cause Analysis preferred,
    • Intermediate MS Office skills,
    • Ability to travel (domestically and internationally), up to 30%.
    • Languish : French and English speaking & writing
