  • Overview

    Organize, direct and ensure follow up of the orders fulfillment activities within the manufacturing plant in accordance with corporate policies, strategic goals and objectives by managing the coordination of sales orders in line with the customer requirements and TD Williamsons acceptable contractual terms.


    1. Orders Coordination (30%):

    • Receives and reviews all new purchase orders (PO) and ensures the PO is in line with TDW’s offer, and all technical specification and relevant documents/information needed to facilitate the order are received.
    • Enters the sales order into the ERP system and ensures that all information is correctly entered, to give visibility to the rest of the departments.
    • Liaises with Engineering department to provide technical specifications for ETO items and communicates to the clients the corresponding documents to be submitted for client approval (LD, ITP, WPS/PQR, etc.).
    • Updates and maintains the ERP system at the Sales Order level and ensures that the Confirmed Ship dates and Adjusted Ship dates are accurate and communicated to the customer.
    • Make sure that Order Acknowledgments are sent on time to the customer.
    • Liaises with Production and Purchasing departments in order to find solutions to any delays or issues concerning a sales order, and provides regular updates to customers on status of their order.
    • Maintains an overview of the overall orders backlog and communicates the urgencies to the organization,
    • Informs customers (or appropriate persons) of delays and follows up on action plans to reduce delays.
    • Any other duties as determined by the Plant Manager and related to order execution.

    2. Work coordination and reporting (50%):


    • Together with the Project and Product Delivery organization, ensures the customer and TDW’s objectives are accomplished satisfactorily on time, within budget parameters, desired profit and schedule objectives, and in accordance with the contractual agreement,
      • Plans, organizes and supervises the activities of Orders fulfillment team in order to achieve yearly objectives,
      • Assigns workload (including resource planning),
      • Leads the continuous improvement process in his team;
      • Prepare and update the written document describing the business process in relation to the orders fulfillment and sharing the responsibility among the team,
      • Complete all types of internal reporting on regular base as assigned by Plant manager for orders fulfillment work coordination and team management.

    3. Team Management (20%):


    • Selects, evaluates, motivates and develops employees to ensure a qualified workforce necessary to meet company objectives, while complying with local employment guidelines,
    • Sets personal objectives, provides fair and constructive feedback, assesses accurately employee performance, training needs, areas for improvement and possibility of future growth within the organization, and ensures training & development needs are addressed,
    • Develops a positive team dynamics to ensure high performance,
    • Leads the continuous improvement process in his team.



    • Business degree or equivalent, with minimum 2 to 3 years experience ideally in the oil and gas industry.
    • Or and engineering background with commercial experience in inside sales,
    • Experience or exposure to project coordination is a strong asset,
    • Excellent organizational and presentation skills with the ability to communicate sales, technical, and commercial information to all levels,
    • Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
